Our story begins in Poreč, on Croatia’s Istrian coast. Here, stone courtyards, olive trees and long meals outdoors are part of everyday life. They shape the way we think about a kitchen: as a place to cook, to gather, and to feel at home.
We bring that way of living into contemporary design. Our work connects material development, architectural thinking and hands-on making. From the first proportion to the final surface, the aim is the same: a kitchen with a clear identity and a natural place in its surroundings.
Behind the name is a team that believes in what it makes. Design and production remain rooted in Istria, close to the landscape and the people that give Evoluta its character.

EvolutaCONCRETE® is our own glass fiber reinforced concrete. Developed for outdoor kitchens and furniture, it gives us a distinct starting point: the tactile character of concrete, resolved into precise architectural surfaces.
Hand-finishing brings depth and individuality to each surface. Subtle shifts in tone and texture are part of that character, while the collection’s proportions keep the overall composition calm and clear.
